Former Employee - PV Specialist says"Incompetent employees and managers, including upper management, totally unprofessional with nil knowledge about PV regulations/requirements. No process, no relationship with other departments like RA, Medical or Local PV. Lack of transparency and HR communications, promotions based on who you know not what you know. Interview agreements and contract were not respected. They hire people with experience, but ignore their recommendations. There are many other cons, but you got the point."
Current Employee - Medical Sales Representative says"local offices in Europe are real nightmare. Managers are not qualified, but with Trump-like ego. The EMEA managers are covering up all the reports made to the Ethics and are retaliating those reporting."

Distribution Associate says"Sucks since Valeant took over. No pay raise, management & hr don't communicate with workers, a dead end place to work"
Pharmaceutical Manufacturing Operator (Former Employee) says"The job was fairly easy, lots of written instructions to follow, along with great co-workers. The benefits were great and I would definately recommend others to work there - Reason to leaving will not be stated."
Distribution Associate (Former Employee) says"I do not recommend this place for nobody they work you like you don’t have a life they make the worse decisions and they wait to tell you if you have to work the weekend until like Thursdays or Friday’s like you don’t have a life well you pretty much don’t have a life if you work here."
Territory Manager II (Former Employee) says"better when it was just bausch and lomb, too big now, and you get lost in the shuffle. you are just a number. Didn't feel supported enough, hard to sell their product lines, and too slow to launch new products. tough competitiontraining program is goodhard to make money, products don't have a good reputation, hard to sell"
CONTRACTOR (Former Employee) says"terrible company to work for. They don't care about employees at all. they only care about buying and destroying companies while making money. they are also raising the drug prices out of control and firing employees from left to right and they hire contractors to avoid paying benefits.terribleterrible"
bridgewater location (Former Employee) says"asked me to use my CELL phone for a 1hr phone interview AT THEIR OFFICES where phones were everywhere left me hanging for a month between interviews then pretended that was normal when they really dropped the ball I had to fill out my application 2 times and give salary info a 3rd time rude emails left me hanging unprofessional demeanor by HRseems like a real p hole from their actions"
CONTRACTOR (Former Employee) says"the culture at Valeant is not what I like at a place of work. Valeant doesn't care about employees or patients. They raised the price of drugs to unbelievable prices that no one can afford."
Analyst (Former Employee) says"This company is solely focused on acquisition and cutting costs. While it has a large product line, it is only expanded through acquisition. They are also looking to eliminate or outsource as much of the divisions as possible. The only person who is safe is the CEO. Compensation is very poor, and bonuses are always lower than promised. Also work hours are extremely long, and often extend to the weekend.Good co-workers, locationManagement, long work hours"
distribution (Former Employee) says"This place is horrible to its employees. They don't value anyone and management treats people as if they are beneath them.;Very hostile environment. The only chance of advancement is to advance out the door. Don't work here, you are guaranteed to regret it!!!work is easy, lots of overtime, since you won't make much without itbad management, hostile employers, incompetent supervision"
production (Former Employee) says"The company is just like the job description and posting; a joke. The Valeant organization has decentralized Human Resources departments so the job posting is for an internal candidate. They are just going through the motions and that is the nature of the organization; going through the motions. The only true way to advance is find another job. Do yourself a favorite for career and wellness of life and find another job.nice job locationseverything else"
finance (Former Employee) says"Place is completely delusional and based on nothing but lies...management is awful but seem to think they are perfection..all the bad reviews are no exaggeration!!week of for Xmasworking there"
Sales (Former Employee) says"This company is 100% careless about their employees, customers, or anything else but the few at the top for personal and investor's benefit. DO NOT WORK HERENone since they destroyed MedicisAwful management, intimidation, sabotage"
Executive Account Manager (Former Employee) says"Don't work for them. They don't care about their employees. Sales reps feel like their jobs are on the line every minute of every day. People are bullied by upper management"
Territy Manager (Current Employee) says"Worst mistake I ever made in my career is working her. Employees are not valued and the turnover is unreal. Synergy and Radius wiped out the entire sales force because they are an unethical and poorly ran organization. They lure people with promise of making 12.5 - 50 k bonus per quarter but then jack the number to ensure that never happens. Shady and unethical. Don't do it.free lunches, big budgetlong hours, weekend work, they expect you to get car serviced and do expense reports and admin work in personal time, no office time allowed, require signatures before 8:30 and after 4:30"
Packaging (Former Employee) says"In my opinion communication within the company, non existant. And unlike what another person said the jobs are not internal anymore. Time served is not rewarded or recognized. Once hired you cannot move for 18months if they allow you to move at all. It is a company of favoritism, they do what they want and if they want you in a position they will put you there but if they dont you will not advance. It can take anywhere from 4 months to a year to get hired if at all. Some temporary workers get run off. The company Bausch and Lomb used to be highly regarded as a top place to work in this area but since Valeant has taken over it has gone down hill. Plenty of overtime, be prepared to work mostly every weekend, be prepared to be uprooted at any time, change your job title, change your days worked and hours whenever they see fit without any explanation. All upper management lies to their employees and point fingers at other management to blame, that is why so many upper management have either been fired or quit in such a short time. the only thing I can say positive is the pay is decent for those who get hired, for the temporary people it is no better than working at McDonalds. It is as someone said a hostile environment because workers are treated so poorly without respect."
National Sales Manager (Former Employee) says"Restructure at least 5 times a year. Strange, archaic financial reporting"
Senior Aesthetic Sales Representative (Current Employee) says"The reason I am looking for a new job is because I have been living in hotel rooms for the last month working 80 hours a week. The Company keeps firing more and more representatives and giving those that keep their positions greater and greater responsibilites, more products and bigger territories. I would not recommend this Company to anyone that wants to have a solid productive secure career!"
Distribution Associate (Former Employee) says"An overall decent job as far as what you do on a daily basis. But, there is heavier lifting nonstop on third shift. It will eventually take a toll on your body. Pretty good people to work with, but some drama even with leadership. Management could do a better job of prioritizing the work load during the ten hour days weekly to avoid weekends. You shouldn't have to work ten hour days Mon thru Fri, then Sat and Sun. Would be a really good place to work with better communication and more appreciation for the workers. Has really gotten bad over the past 2 to 3 years.Paid time off, production awardsPoor decision making, low pay for hard work"
Distribution Associate (Current Employee) says"If you don't mind not having an actual schedule, working weekends, and more than likely, working ten hour days pretty much constantly, then this is the job for you, yay! Management here likes to give people days off which, is good, until work needs to get done. At which time they drop it on everybody else and you can just forget about having a normal life. Advancement policy sucks because you have to be in your current role for 18 months in order to advance to a new position, no exceptions. Compensation starts out okay then comes your raise which is a measly 2% and a bonus that gets taxed for every benefit you have. The place is, largely disorganized, the equipment doesn't work so well, and the nicest thing about it is the break room.Time off, benefits, peoplemanagement, schedule, disorganization"
Senior Sales Representative (Former Employee) says"This company and all levels of management use fear to motivate its salesforce. Even after I won a presidents club award the manager called the next day to complain about how I do my job. A rep can never do enough. Terrible experience left even gave up my award tripNonePressure"
Credit and Collections Manager (Former Employee) says"I worked in the Credit and AR group and it was the worst experience in my life. There was a lot of finger pointing, and back stabing. Morale was like working at a funeral home. An episode of the Walking dead has more hope then that working in this group. Senior Mgmt does not want to invest in systems so the AR close takes 3 full business days because of two archaic systems never reconciling. Reporting is all done out of Excel. Only if you are desperate to meet your rent are car payment should you accept a job in this group. Otherwise does not compare to other company's of their size.Gym, CafateriaSystems, leadership, Morale"
